Who is Lush Lash?
Lush Lash is proudly NZ Owned and Operated by me- Haley. I've been a beauty therapist for over 20 years and I'm so proud to finally launch my little side-hustle.

Are Lush Lash products cruelty free?
Yes, as an animal lover myself, I guarantee that Lush Lash products are 100% cruelty free.
Do you ship internationally?
Not by default, but if you email me I'll be happy to help.
I have sensitive eyes. Can I use Lush Lash products?
Whilst every possible care has been taken to ensure that Lush Lash products can be used by even my most sensitive-skinned clients, we do not guarantee that they're 100% suitable for all skin types- and the products have not been formally dermatologically tested. You'll find the ingredients in each Lush Lash product formulation on the product page.
I'd always suggest patch-testing any of the products in an inconspicuous place such as behind the ear before applying directly to the eyes.

What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds on faulty products but we do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind, for obvious hygiene purposes.
If there is a problem with your Lush Lash order please email orders@lushlash.co.nz with your order number and the issue so we can follow up.
If you have any kind of adverse reaction to Lush Lash products, please send photos to info@lushlash.co.nz and quote your order number. We do not offer product refunds without photos.
